Rising prices for data and devices were of concern because they are impediments in rapid digitisation, Minister of State for Electronics and IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar said on Wednesday. The minister's comments have come shortly after Airtel hiked the price of its minimum monthly recharge plan by about 57 percent in the country.
