Smartphones with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM are said to be in the works. According to a tipster, Oppo, OnePlus, and Realme have started popularising smartphones with large onboard memory. New flagship handsets by these firms are said to come with a minimum of 16GB RAM and up to 24GB of RAM in the top variant.
