MediaTek on Thursday announced that it had successfully developed its first chip built using TSMC's 3nm process. The company said that its new chipset would be available on smartphones, tablets, smart cars, and other devices and that TSMC's new 3nm technology offered notable improvements to performance and efficiency over current-generation chipsets.
